Sab Titan 4 with Enigma 2 in boot loop

A lot of channels stopped working so i did an automatic scan which made the situation worse. Then i ran the factory reset and it wont even boot now. It's just in a continuous loop with the enigma 2 logo being displayed, blinking off and then returning again. Any Pointers?
