Sliding door weep holes

I had a new Munster joinery sliding door installed recently. There are weep holes on the outside about 20cm above the bottom .

Should the weep holes have been covered is it standard to keep them exposed as in the pic.

    Any comment is appreciated!

They are normal as they are for when rain/moisture gets past the rubber seal between the glass and frame.

They some times provide you covers and probably will if you ask but they are far more noticeable than the actual weep hopes IMHO.
