    No it will not. This has happened before. Property funds cannot pay out on demand if the demand reaches a certain level, they only have so much cash and property is not a liquid assets like equities. Long-term, it actually protects investors if withdrawals are frozen until the dust settles. Forcing the fund to sell assets to raise cash when there is a downturn in the market is a very bad idea.
