Hey all,
After suffering a bereavement in the family I am taking on project management (my 9-5 anyway) of a decent domestic renovation project in D12. Work done to date was by the owner but was mainly alterations and demo. He never did any drawings or employed a professional in terms or engineer or architect.
Now I know what is required to complete the works but that will require planning permission and drawings to be done. Does anyone here have a recommendation for an engineer or architect in that area that would take on a project of this nature?
