Printing an address onto an Envelope problem

Whenever I try and print a name and address onto an envelope using Mailings - Envelopes - Highlight the address and click print, the envelope comes out with just the first line of the address printed on it. What am I doing wrong? Using Windows 7. Word 2007.

Could be configuration on printer driver and/or configuration on the Envelope
Can you post Envelopes Options setting screenshot and printed output screenshot
