Would anybody have recommendations for places in Ireland, and across Europe, where one could bring a secondary school group as part of the (large) environmental/sustainaibility/development section of the Politics and Society Leaving Cert course?

Where in Ireland would be a very good educational day trip?

Where elsewhere in Europe would be a very good climate change/sustainability-related few days?

You couldnt do better than this if you want a good scientific day https://visit.cern/guided-tours-groups. I know that there is a travel cost / carbon load but what a project to see if the group could balance the carbon budget with actions over the year.
