Unable to log into Hik-Connect on Desktop

Hi, I've been trying to log into the hik-connect web page and it will not accept my credentials. I've reset my password, but all to no avail. Is there an issue with it, or what could I be overlooking? EDIT - Do I need to be on same network to do this?

Did you go into network, platform and then unbind? If you unbind you can start again with your phone, tablets and desktop. Tablets are a better option than desktops.
