Birth & Information Tracing firsthand accounts

Hi, I'm writing a short script for a filmmaking course, the main theme is about found family, which is portrayed while the main character is tracing her adoption records with the support of a friend. While adoption in Ireland isn't the main theme, the frustration with tracing records is a motivator for the characters. I have no experience with this process myself and am not adopted and I want to make sure I'm being sensitive to the subject so I was wondering if anyone would like to share their experiences with me. Either with the new Birth & Information Tracing service, or with the system before that was established. Please feel free to message me if you'd like to do this privately. Thanks for any perspective you can provide!

    Hi @skittlesej ,

I'd be interested in pursuing this if you're still looking for contributors.
