    No you don't have four weeks you have 10 days based on the fact your contracted for 19.5 hours per week.

    Furthermore as with any employment contract, and you are an employee, there is no obligation for any employer to permit an employee carry over Holidays . Many will show flexibility but they are not obliged to do so.

    Your contract should stipulate your Holiday and certified sick leave entitlements.
