Breitling rider tabs lost

hi all im after losing the 45 and 15 rider tab off my breitling a13356. anyone recommend anywhere where i could source these ? they are very expensive on ebay etc. im going to go to weirs and get a price but i know they will be highly expensive too any help would be much appreciated thanks

Ya I tried sheerans, they can't get the specific parts directly from breilting. They say they will need to send watch back to breilting who will then do a full service etc and replace rider tabs and the whole process will be expensive
