Protan pvc or torched roof?

We are getting an almost flat roof replaced. 11 degree slope. It’s around 5 metres by 5 metres in size. We have two quotes. We are getting an almost flat roof replaced. 11 degree slope. It’s around 5 metres by 5 metres in size. We have two quotes. One for a torched roof which has a 20 year guarantee and the other a PVC Protan which has 25 year guarantee. Price includes insulation and two roof lights.
Protan is coming in at 8k, the other is 6.8k. Are these good prices and which roof type is better
