Python paramiko "invalid key" error on same repo locally that works fine when done on other machine

Weird error when connecting in paramiko from my windows laptop to a remote machine. Same key used when i do the same. Ive done md5sum to be absolutely sure that my public and private keys are correct. Any idears what may be up
