Just wondering does the rpn download when a new starter commences mid year give the new employer details of the starters previous employer and date ceased in previous role?

No. But it does give the new employer an amount for Total pay to date this year and total tax paid to date for this year.

If you don’t want your previous pay & tax details on the RPN go on a Week 1 / Month 1 basis of assessment from when you start your new job for the remainder of the tax year.
