Equipment to improve WiFi speed

    Last couple of weeks, wifi speed in upstairs office has completely dropped to unworkable levels.

    3ft from router I would get 85+mb download.

    Go upstairs and lately Im getting between 2mb & 8mb. This is a room literally above downstairs room where router is, old house, 80 years plus, floors arent concrete. Dont know what has suddenly happened to signal. Nothing else working off wifi.

    What is best piece of reasonably priced and easy to set-up equipment to get to try & improve signal?
