I've heard this repeated many times and I have to it's crap. Maybe I'm just more sensitive to drugs but I've always gotten a high from vaping and smoking. Ironically, I started on the nicotine gum but it gave a noticeable buzz.
Obviously, the high is not continuous like being stoned on cannabis or drunk on alcohol but it's absolutely not a placebo. Every time, I vape, my depression goes away instantly for the day.
