    Hi All,

Has anyone recently changed their existing residency permission to defacto partner visa? How long did the process take? I am changing my existing Stamp 1G permission to a defacto visa as my partner is a CSEP holder. And I can see that the processing time mentioned on the INIS website is 6-12 months, but the local immigration officer said, these types of applications are unique and would not take long. Has anyone gone through the process here recently? How long did it take?
