Anyone got a 170mm Shimano chainset lying in a box somewhere?

Ideally 50/34 and in the 105, ultegra area but tiagra now ruled out either. It's for curiosity more so than anything. Going on a winter build but if it was a 4700, 5800 or 6800 series that'd be super.

Looks great and very well made

Looks interesting. I know it’s 24mm but fully shimano compatible? What’s the chain ring situation for future spares? BCD etc…

I have an ultegra 170mm. semi compact though 52/36

*if you wanted it I'd be interested in the one above, its spider would suit my caad better.

It's fully Shimano BB compatible and exact same way to fit and end cap tensioner etc.

As for BDC / rings - it's a one piece spider so no replacing

Q on the chainset, will a non drive side shimano crank (4iiii power meter) fit it?

It looks same machining as Shimano but I'll check with a spare L side shimano crank arm tomorrow and confirm here
