Best way to transfer money to the US

Looking to buy a house in America and getting a loan from my parents to help with the down payment. But we're not sure what the best way is to transfer a big amount of money (big for me anyway!). Is it better to use Revolut or Western Union, or a traditional bank transfer? Or is there another option I'm not thinking of?…

Check out wise.com. One issue they only allow 20k a day transfer.
also if using regular bank check the rates daily. See if you can buy dollars from foreign exchange floor/desk. Rates in banks are crap.
timing can save you thousands on a large transfer.
