Holidays suitable for mobility issues?

    Looking to go on a family holiday next summer. I have a brain injury with associated mobility and fatigue issues. I need somewhere flat and not too busy.

    I was in Portugal for last holiday abroad and found the hills difficult. I'm thinking costa brava, malaga or alicante. Flying from Knock.

    Can anyone recommend a region?
