Seal radon barrier to existing walls

We have removed floors from existing house and poured a new subfloor. I need to seal the radon barrier to the existing walls. I know it's almost impossible to 100% seal an existing house for radon, but when I have the chance Id like to do the best I can. Floors were removed to add insulation and underfloor heating, I haven't tested for radon but I did add a radon sump.

Just wondering if anyone has any advise on the best way to seal a radon barrier to the existing walls. The double sided butyl tape for sealing the joints is a bit thin as the plaster is rough after removing the concrete "skirting".

    Thanks
