Cost to lift ceilings

I have a 1970s semi-d with a standard truss roof with the ridge running from the party wall to a gable at the side of the house. The span of the trusses is about 8 meters from front to back and the house is 6 meters wide. Roof pitch is quite low (c. 22 degrees). I plan to replace the roof tiles as part of a renovation and retrofit. My question is: what would the extra cost be to replace the trusses with scissor or parallel chord trusses that would allow lifting the ceiling? Or alternatively what would the cost be to construct a new roof structure on site to allow lifting the ceilings to the roof line?
