    Hi

    i am currently on SWA as I am awaiting a disability application review.

    I applied for disability last February 2022 I heard back from disability in Aug 2022 saying I wasn’t accepted and I could make a review or appeal.

    I checked with my social welfare officer and he said to do the review as it’s quicker, so I did and sent the necessary paperwork, I am currently still waiting (feb 23) for a reply from the disability department, my question is is this normal ? I can’t even ring them as Ian left on hold all the time.

    has anyone ever experienced this?
