Hi appreciate if ppl would recommend a dashcam - need front & rear recording and for recording if anything happens when parked (2 severe dings recently).

    Budget would be < 200

Have this one myself (front only) over a year now and can't recommend it highly enough.

Easy enough to set up and install via the Garmin Drive App.

It's also discreet (tucked in behind the rear view mirror), records high quality footage with date and time stamp and saves everything to a Micro SD card which you can remove and plug into your laptop to view any footage - hopefully you'd never have to use it....

Great for capturing scenic drives along the coast or through mountain passes also.

    Also within your budget.

I've a Viofo A129 duo over 4 years now and it's been faultless, got a hardwire kit also so it so it has parking mode and no interaction required. Very discrete and tidy. Only complaint is that the wifi between it and phone is pretty slow/patchy but that's only if looking to view clips directly on phone rather than removing the dashcam or just the microSD card.

Checked the old order and paid £123 for it and the hardwire kit combined on Amazon. There's a newer A139 Pro 3 way 4k version available since that would be over budget but check around for offers. I've seen a few YouTube clips from driving instructor Ashley Neal in Liverpool who seems to be a fan of Viofo and has some reviews of their products.
