How long are the underwriters taking to review an application at the moment?

I am just wondering how long is it taking on average for the underwriters to process an application at the moment?

Timeframes can vary depending on the circumstances of each individual application.

In terms of an ROI Mortgage application our colleagues can be contacted on 016113333 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to discuss this further.

Is there any way to get our mortgage application prioritized as we need to know if its going to be successful or not. We have a quote from builder who is ready to start but he wants to know now if the mortgage is going to go through.
