Nobody here can answer that. It depends on the brands used, the markup that the mechanics adds, the labour rate, the time taken to change them, etc

A full service for €90 and labour to change 4 disks and pads for €40.. Where is this mechanic?

Pure rubbish 90€ for full service parts alone would almost cost 90 euro he must be using cheapest parts going and even at that he would only be making €30 out of it at most ie if was diesel engine oil and filter using cheapest parts going 40 plus fuel filter 10 plus air filter 10 = 60 euro

Im getting discs and pads all round today on a 2016 Citroen C4 Grand Picasso people carrier. Local mechanic quoted me 450 euro. A motor factors quoted me 250 euro for the parts alone to give you an idea of break down.

Citroen had picked up that the 4 discs were below the recommended minimum thickness and they quoted me 850 euro.

Got discs & pads all round along with 2 rear brake calipers last year, cost me €1260. Labour alone was €220 or so.

It really does depend on what the car is, what type of parts you’re getting & who is doing the work. Best to ask your mechanic before you start for a rough estimate.
