Declaring income tax in Ireland while living/working in US

I'm an Irish citizen and live full-time in the US and file my tax returns here but in 2022 I received a one-time payment from an employer in Ireland. My understanding is that I declare the Irish payment in Ireland and report that in my US return however when I complete the www.ros.ie form I was asked about non-PAYE income, with one line item being Foreign Salary. Am I correct to think I should include my total global earnings here, regardless of whether they'll be taxed in the US?

    Any advice is greatly appeciated!
