Can anyone with fixing this photo my CCTV took last night? I need to see the face if possible as I have had kids knocking on my door and would like to speak to the parents to get them to stop. The dogs go mad.

No way, it's just a mass of grey pixels not even a bit of shade on there.

Do you have some sort of automatic floodlight there over the door? If you turned that off you'd have a better chance to catch an image.

I have no idea, maybe test it. We can get detail out of badly overexposed photographs, you will see that sometimes a practically white image has detail burnt into it that is retrieved. But they're 1. Raw file format 2. High quality images

You have a web link of a jpg screenshot of a MP4 that that needs to be saved back to JPG. CSI Miami level stuff couldn't hack it.

Another thought, you have a car parked up there you could look into battery, motion activated cameras , nobody would even suspect that they'd think it's a dash cam and those are normally off when the car is off.

I don't think so; it's a sea of grey pixels without subtle shading.
