Hi all, looking for some advice on soundproofing the ceiling in my apartment from noise from upstairs neighbors. Mainly dampening impact noise. The apartment has little soundproofing ( the building was thrown together in Celtic tiger boom years ) Neighbours won't put rug/carpet down. So if anyone here has had any work done…

Neighbours won't put rug/carpet down. So if anyone here has had any work done alone these lines could you advise me on, if it worked and the company you used. Thanks in advance people 😘
