Storage heater - can’t find reset button :(

Hi all, My Storage heater is not storing heat at night and letting it out through the day. The instant heat plug works but the storage part doesn’t. ive opened it up and moved the metal safeguard to the side but can’t figure out where the reset button is. I’ve attached photo. Hi all,

make sure power is off
