Hi , I have a major problem with my neighbor who is spraying weed killer into my garden killing my plants shrubs and flowers, it’s retaliation for me reporting him to local authorities over an unauthorised development he built behind my house, leaving me with no privacy, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
