Aul fellas (&women) with big hairy brows & nasal hair

I’m almost 62 & female. I admire beautifully groomed young fellas, but notice how some men grow very thick coarse brow and nasal hair in older years. In particular I’m looking at Bertie Ahern on Prime Time. His eyebrows are almost like the wings of eagles about to become airborne.

Bertie never struck me as the worst hirsute aviation offender though, can think of some actors who have hairy mollies for eyebrows 😂

Always remember as a child being struck by the growths of hair out of adults noses and ears, I wondered “Jesus Christ have you ever heard of a scissors? 😳”

Until I got to the age where I’m having to go through the… I won’t say daily, the weekly routine of keeping my unibrow in check, and my nose and ears free of hair. I can go about a week before it’s woeful noticeable 😂

A good bit off your age (and sex) but the first time my barber asked if I wanted my eyebrows clipped I was mortified. I said no thanks and she said suit yourself. I've been clipping them myself ever since.

My husband used be very indignant that his barber felt it necessary to run the cutter over his eyebrows as well as cutting his hair. I swear there were individual hairs in his eyebrows that were 2 inches long. That was it though, the nose and ears were fine. Fine head of silver hair to the end.

Wait until he offers to shave your ears!!

When I look near my nose with a magnifying glass I get nervous, and try to snip a bit carefully.

Bit as regards by female brows, I’m no natural Susan Boyle, I have to enhance rather than trim it.

My eyebrows have become less prominent with age, either they have thinned or my head and face have grown, reducing their dominance.

Noel and Liam Gallagher also have far less impressive eyebrows than they did when they were younger.
