Does anyone know if you can download a statement via the Open24 website? All the help articles elude to buttons or an interface I don't seem to have when I login! The people on the phone say its 7-10 working days to get one posted, but the last 2 never arrived. Seems very 20 years ago to not have access online! Thanks!
