    Hi all, my dad live in North and has recently quit working he selling me his van for half its worth as gift, I work in construction was just wandering when it's comes to him making out a receipt of purchase for me to use when bringing it through to republic, should he put whats its worth or what I'm paying,does it matter, I just don't want any comeback on his side, any advice be appreciated

    VRT is based on market value, so it doesn’t really matter what you paid.
