As per title, my Turkish Airlines flight got rescheduled due to bad weather, but as the flight is now 3 days later I've lost a hotel booking that is non-refundable. I spoke to Turkish Airlines and they mentioned a feedback form, but the form appears to be non-existant. I have travel insurance, so is that where I go next or…

I spoke to Turkish Airlines and they mentioned a feedback form, but the form appears to be non-existant.
I have travel insurance, so is that where I go next or is there another route?

Rescheduling is usually computer generated, try calling to see if there is a more suitable alternative.
Travel insurance is your next step provided your policy cover delays due to adverse weather.
