Cheap B&B near Dublin airport would be the best

    eg Cloghran Guest House

I have stayed there, cheap and cheerful.

walkable with light luggage from airport

PM me if you are interested, he does/ at least used to do a deal for a certain group

I'd say a one-way car hire (if that's even possible at that hour of the night?) or a b&b for the night will be your only options.

Car hire will be horrific money.

Better overnight either at the airport or out at Red Cow depending on how you'll get to Kerry in the morning. You'll still save € over a car transfer.

You could get a flight to Kerry the next morning.

Stay overnight. Fly to Kerry with Ryanair the following morning

Presume you've had a look at the Big Green Bus/Dublin Coach timetable? Depends on your date but they have a fairly good service.
