Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Extending vid in media coaxial

    Hi all,

I'm doing a bit of renovation work in the front room and I need to extend the VM coaxial and put the router in the opposite alcove- so about a 10m max extra bit of coaxial to be added in (by the time I hide the wire etc).

Can I just add in a piece of RG6 coaxial and join onto the existing VM coaxial that has an f series female on it- so just put a male f series on a 10m length but at the end of the new piece connect in the technetix TRIS-1002L fully isolated system outlet.

    Any issue with this?

Leave the outlet box where it is unless you have to move it, and make sure you have good connectors ie snap and seal. Don't have the center core sticking out too far on the the connectors either.
