    So is this like TurasNua where there's something like a personal progression plan / PPP that they try making people sign?

    Happy to participate and attend whatever sessions and offers of work/education/CVbuilding and all, but prefer not be contractually signed up for some crowd on your back just chasing their commission

    Can you refuse to sign the PPP without repercussions but tell them you'll engage with meetings etc? I know with turas nua many refuse to sign the plan but agree to attend meetings.

    As long as you engage, there is no repercussions for not signing PPP. Just go to your meetings and go through the motions
