Block built shed estimates

    Hi Folks,


    I am in the process of looking to price up the cost to have a 30ft x 12 ft block shed built in the back garden (door, two windows, no need for insulation) . Can anyone advise roughly what this will cost?


    If anyone has some genuine recommendations from people that have had good quality work completed, please pm me.

    You'll most likely need planning permission for that size.

    28 X 10 is about the max size you can build without planning (25 SQM)

    But if it's a large garden and you get on with neighbours, some people will take a risk.


    I'd be interested in learning costs too

    Anyone doing a project like this have it insulated. Should be doable for 17 to 20k.

    Hi, I didn't proceed with it. I didn't get any quotes. I'm still interested in doing something, possibly smaller 4M by 3M. If you get quotes, can you please share them?
