I’ve been advised to give up all Caffeine due to chronic migraine issues.

I’m trying some sort of barley alternative and it’s an ok placebo coffee alternative but just wondering if people know of really good ones?

As I understand it most (all?) decaf coffees have some bits of caffeine , but I need zero caffeine options.

    The Lavazza Decaff is nice.

    Blue wrapper.

    1. Oh no, I'm sorry to hear about your chronic migraine issues. It can be tough giving up caffeine, but it's great that you're taking care of yourself and exploring alternative options. Another option could be to try a naturally caffeine-free coffee alternative like carob or malt coffee.

I went on to decaf coffee three months ago. Decaf = 2mg caffeine. Shot of coffee = 45mg caffeine. 97% of caffeine is removed. I got cracking headaches for a week or so, then it subsided. Off Coke etc etc. Was a two cup a day coffee drinker now two decaf a day. I feel great. Would proper decaf do you? All th benefits of coffee but without caffeine which is then used in other food/drinks.

Any other decafe coffee ground brands you would recommend?
