Jan 2023: BBC4 HD is missing on Saorview Connect Box - anyone else have this issue?

    Hi,

I've a Saorview Connect Box for receiving Saorview and Freeview UK channels.

In the past week the BBC4 HD slot is blank with nothing being picked up.

I tried a manual search / tuning to no avail.

Do I have to do an auto re-tuning of all the channels to get this one channel back?

(I'm in Waterford City - just mentioning that as it can be relevant for Saorview, although my question is about the satellite side of the Saorview Connect Box)

Thanks in advance for any replies.

    John

It has moved and the transponder symbol rate changed, so you will need to edit the transponder. lyngsat or kingofsat will give you the settings

I'm a fairly new "cord cutter" and still finding my way around with satellite boxes.

I thought the Saorview Connect Box would be an easy entry level to get used to this tech - so far so good.

Thank you L1011 for your response. I'll look those up.
