Is it possible to amend Standing Order amount by phone

Hello I am a vulnerable account holder without online banking during the pandemic I was able to reduce the amount I paid on a standing order payment is that still possible to do again now by phone?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

You can certainly change the amount of the standing order. Please log into the app, select payments and then the standing order tab. You will then have the facility to reduce the payment. This change will be processed within 1 working day.
