Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Missing Information on Clamping Sign

Hi all, I was clamped this week in a local supermarket where I often do my shopping. After reluctantly paying the release fee, I noticed that the signs in the car park don’t state how much the release fee is, which is written in to the law since 2017.

The signs also don’t have a contact name and phone number, or the correct iconography - both of which are also within the law.

I am considering bringing this to the small claims court and wanted to know if I have a case?

I have tried to speak to the manager of the store but he is holding his ground.

    Thanks in advance.

You should use the supermarket's appeal process first, then the NTA process.
