Do combi boilers emit heat?

We have a combi boiler going into outhouse*. Will that room be warm as a result?

Want to put a condenser dryer out there and it needs to be a minimum temperature to work.

*It is connected to main house sort of but it's just concrete walls.

Yes they do. Since I had no hot press due to the Combi, I built an insulated Cupboard around the Combi in an unheated Utility.

One of the best things I ever did during renovations.

Very nice. That was clever! Assume it is only warm when hot water is in use?

Whether it's hot water or central heating you need, the main boiler tank will get hot. This is where the heat will come from. It's a gift for airing/ final drying of clothes.

For hot water the boiler water circulates through a heat exchanger when a tap is turned on, so a little more heat is probably given off.

Honestly, I would not be depending on the excess heat from a modern combi in an outhouse to heat it sufficiently. They have become very efficient and the heatloss these days is minimal.

Is this outhouse going to have insulation within the walls and ceiling at all? If it does then put in a small rad. Otherwise rethink the plan.
