Fees for second undergrad degree

Hi all, I'm applying to some undergrads as a mature applicant this year. I have a level 8 equivalent degree which I completed in 2021 in the UK. Are you disqualified from free tuition regardless of where your previous undergrad was? How much should I expect to pay if that is the case?

I believe you get charged the higher fees. You have to pay EU fees + EU contribution fee.
