Returning Mattress

    Hi, I bought a mattress in Michael's Murphy shop. It didn't fit my bed, the day it arrived I gave a call to the shop and asked for the return. It was not opened but the shop refuses to take it back. I checked few other shops, they have a policy to return mattresses, this shop doesn't. The mattress is very expensive, what can I do now? Any advise?
