    I saw this on a UK pigeon decoying shooting page on Facebook.

    It seems to be a new initiative in the UK.

    Cheapskates cannot afford proper ballistic testing and want FAC holders to do it for them, ha ha

    If you can do the job, do it. If you can't do the job, just teach it. If you really suck at it, just become a union executive or politician.
