Wifi not working after factory reset

I recently factory reset my Samsung A10. Today, when I tried to connect my phone to a free wifi network it would not let me connect. The only thing that helped was rebooting the phone. Anyone know what could have caused this error? Thank you.

Try another factory reset. This time don’t restore from backup.

You would need to download your apps again but all your contacts, photos,docs etc would be there once you signed back into your google account provided that’s where you were backing them up to.
