Can't insert links specifically to citizens info pages

When answering a query regarding SW benefits, etc, it's often useful to link to the appropriate page on Citizen's Information.

I have found that anytime I try to do this, I get a "gateway timeout" error message, and I can't insert the link. Don't know if it's a boards issue or a citizensinfo issue?

I'm using google chrome on desktop

For example, if I try to post a link to a page on citizens information, I get this.

Post a screenshot of the error, it should show who the source of the timeout is.

Sorry, I thought the gateway timeout message would be displayed on my earlier post - it wasn't. Here's a snapshot of the message

Edit: I deleted and re-inserted the html at the end of the link so I could display the link for you.

It's an issue between Vanilla back end and the citizensinformation.ie site. You can't fix this, but I don't believe the office can either, beyond reporting it to Vanilla.

If you past the link, the add a space at the end, it won't attempt to preview and will remain as a clickable link:

https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/social_welfare_payments/back_to_education/back_to_education_allowance.html

This way other users can still follow the link.
