Laptop suggestion for college - data analytics studies

I'm starting a new evening course at the end of February in data analytics. It will involve some Saturdays also on campus so need a laptop for that which can run Win10, and handle databases, python and likely Tableau or PowerBI. I don't do any gaming so the whole graphics aspect just needs to be semi-decent I suppose.

The budget is less the better, to be honest, and second-hand considered too, any suggestions?
