Defamation

    Madeca genuine complaint about the actions of solicitor to the regulatory body. No other forum was used.

    Civil bill for defamation was issued.

    Has anyone come accross this or it it allowed?

    First, confirm your email address so you can post properly.

    Second, then make the effort to post in the proper forum. This has nothing to do with disputing a ban on the site. Try a forum that's related to the topic like Legal Discussion.

    And finally, the site rules prohibit case specific legal advice (and medical advice) to protect both the site and yourself.
